-All of the goods London American, we offer only high quality only to you with box, card, key chain, extra laces, etc.
-All of the shoes, are brand new London American in their original packing unless otherwise noted.
-All prices on the, web London American site are small order ONLY,
-You will receive a order conformation after we received your payment to your order. We can provide a tracking number to you after 8 days, due to packages not being able to be tracked until they arrive to the USA. The tracking number will be sent your email.
-All shoes run true to size. You can order sizes 7-13.

-Ask all questions BEFORE buying!

-ALL GOODS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ANYTHING IS SHIPPED!

Return/Exchange
-We do not offer refunds! ONLY store credit!

-We only offer store credits on shoes that are brand new and in the condition that we sent them to you.

The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us! NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you credit and an exchange.
-Customers must fill out our Return/Exchange form within 5 days of receiving products to get an exchange on the products.
-If your products are accepted for exchange we will notify you with instructions on how to mail it back to us.

Shipping & Delivery

The shipping carrier we use depends on where you are located.
-You will receive a tracking number from us after 1-3 days in which you can go to the shipping carriers’ site and track the package(s)
- London American, is in no way responsible for any actions customs takes against their package!
-All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
